Hi I have installed the latest RATP app on my iPhone 12 Mini. when i go to tickets area the app tells me that my phone in incompatible with this service. I am running the latest iOS Version 17.1.1. My daughter has iPhone 12 (Not Mini) and iOS version 17.1.1 and it works fine for her ? I am hoping to get it working. Please help

Hello, I have a Pixel 4a phone and my wife has a Pixel 6 phone. We have installed the Bonjour RATP app from google store as well as the IDF Mobilis app. The compatibility check says that it is incompatible. Is this something we can correct please ? Thank you

I had a problem that is could not log into the app. My wife on a similar iPhone/IOS did manage! Tried various things, thing that worked: switched off phone and restarted. Then logged in without problem
