It won’t take any of my credit cards. I tried 3. I’ve used them all today at other places too and at JJ 2 days ago. It won’t take Apple Pay either.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I have been trying to place an order for over a week (3 different times). And it won’t work. I even called the store and received no help. So frustrating. Too many areas don’t work to just mention one.

No button appears to put my item ordered in a cart or no way to complete the order for pickup. No one at the local store can show me how the order process is completed, either. It's aggravating as I want to earn rewards. Why isn't this being addressed ??

For the past two days the app can't connect. It hangs at a message saying 'It's taking a bit longer than usual for us to connect.'

Every time I click the customize my order option, I get a message that says oops please review all options and complete and am unable to complete the order.

BOTH the app and the website give me a "Oops! Please review all options and complete." error whenever I try to customize a Giant #11 sandwich by removing both the lettuce and the tomato. If I make it a normal sized sandwich, it seems to be okay...but for some reason the giant size gets broken. EXTREMELY aggravating, and I won't be ordering from JJ until this gets fixed.

The app fucking sucks. I have “rewards” but everytime I go to pull them up, an error message occurs and tells me they had trouble pulling up available rewards. Been like this for a month or two. So fucking done.

App wont let me check out, tells me to check payment. I tried adding 3 different cards and using cash option but nothing will let me check out and place the order.

When I try to use the app to get rewards in store, nothing happens. I have my current phone number attached to the app and, when I plug my phone number in at the store, I'm denied. It's the same phone number. If I can't use the app to save up rewards, it's useless to me. Either fix the app or don't offer rewards you so plainly don't want to give. Simple.

The app and online will not let me order for over 4 weeks now. When I get to the point to save order it tells me to make a sandwich selection even though I have a sandwich selected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app signed out and back in no luck - I guess I am done with Jimmy John’s. This has been going on for over a month

I have tried ordering online. I did not use the app. I have tried several times ordering online. I cannot place an order. It says my preferred location is temporarily closed, or is not available to take orders online. I have ordered from there in the past successfully. You are losing my business.

App not working. Getting login error “oops. Something went wrong.” Not a helpful message. Next time I order and this happens, I delete the app.
