Hi, I was at the Taco bell today trying to use my rewards. I had 2 rewards, which I wanted to redeem for 2 chalupas - but the app kept crashing and when i called customer service i was kept on hold for 20 mins. My rewards are expiring today, help me fix the problem ? I am a regular taco bell customer - this app problem is frustrating. Hope to hv a solution from you. Thanks, AJ

Taco Bell is our favorite fast food, but we hate the app! We line the build ur own box but have given up and gone elsewhere several times do to the app. The main problem we have is; when we both order build ur own boxes, it will only let us order exactly the same to order different combination, we must make separate purchases. Also, it tells me reward will be applied at checkout and charges me anyway.

My Taco Bell app is not accepting any form of payment. I also had gift cards stored in the app that are no longer visible. I am logged into the app so I’m not sure why I’m having issues.
