Won't let me oder once I choose location
I have sent message after message to Jack, but never even an acknowledgement. Will try again. My app has always worked perfectly until recently and now the logo page comes up and turns white. Nothing happens. Why? I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and have cleared the cache. On my wife's identical phone it works fine. Will someone please respond?
Can't use rewards. Always says "ALERT Your selected reward is not valid for this order. OKAY".
iPhone 13 when log in on app can't checkout my order the screen just scroll up, but log on my iPad CAN CHECKOUT.....if NOT log in I can do checkout as guest on both
Just ordered delivery on the app. It went through because my payment card got charged and it gave me an error. It said cannot make delivery at this time so wait a few minutes or order from a different location. It then forced me back to the payment screen. I don't know if the order is out for delivery or not? If not, I want a refund.
I am having the same problem. I have added all items to my bag and applied the offer code. When I go to CHECK OUT I am redirected to the utensils selection screen. This is the second time in two days that an App (the other was Carl's Jr.) has refused to let me apply a promo. Can you say FALSE ADVERTISING?!? This is ridiculous.
Every time I go to check out, the app sends me back to the utensils page. I’m stuck in some kind of loop. I have never been able to get this app to work. I have deleted it and reloaded it to no avail. I’ve asked two times to get help from customer service and they never respond. Update: I was contacted via email to submit my problem to the website again. I’ve done that. Guess what? Still no response. Another update 6/2: I’ve submitted requests for help on 1/9, 4/29, 5/2,5/11. I get nothing but standard reply, zero help. This app is not working for me. I want to take advantage of the savings. I used to be a regular customer but since they came out with the app I haven’t been back and I won’t until it works.

Hello I am a loyal customer of Jack in the Box. Go there all the time and have 200 points in the app. But it's not letting me redeem my points when I try and pick out the stuff that says I can order. I can't find the redeem button and it keeps trying to charge my credit card. Thank you for your help.

Who releases an app that is still in beta? Jack In The Box should hire better technical people. I haven't been able to order for a week now, and who knows when the app will be usable again. I wish Jack In The Box would email people who order from the app and update us. I use their app frequently and have been doing so for years. They have no loyalty to regular customers.

app won’t let you enter store location to proceed with order, I remember this happening ten years ago as well , I figured it out then , not this time!

I've never had an issue with the app until you guys changed it. Now, the only location on Oahu, Hawaii is Arizona Memorial. I can't choose any other locations. I've been going to Jack's about every Saturday for over a year. Haven't been there in a month now ever since they changed the app. I can't even use my points. Please let me know, thank you.

This app is completely useless, cannot log in or create an account. The older version of the app worked but not the newer version; running on samsung galaxy phone and tablet.

I can't submit a payment for food
I have a Jack in the Box Account and recently bought a new iPhone, all my apps have transferred over. When I tried to order from the app, I was asked to reenter my password which would not work. I was asked to create a new one, but the code never works. I have accumulated a lot of rewards that I don't want to lose. Can you please provide a solution? Thanks.
I placed an order today (6/2) for a total of $13.02. I was charged $24.20. The store claims the order was duplicated. And gave me double my order. Who do I call to get this corrected?

So I did a mobile order online for a pickup at I ordered it my total came out to around $38.72 I had the receipt for the mobile order email to my phone I had the mobile order number for the order I went to go pick it up I got there and they told me there was no mobile order for me I showed them the phone with the mobile order receipt the time today and the order number and they said they there's nothing that can do about it cuz it didn't come up in their system even after I had the proof they said there's nothing they can do about it
