- Difficulty getting it to let me order at the Sonic of my choice.
- Takes a longer amount of time to receive an order ahead order than it does to order in person.
- Workers have cleared the order off my stall screen so that it won’t show that it timed out.
- Payment options give errors or not allow a payment method to be added.
- Fraud issue as the day after I made an app order, my card was used for another sonic app order in another state.
- Accounts are deactivated and cannot be re-activated.

I never had a minutes problem with the old app. Why fix what’s not broken?! Problems with this new version are constant. It gets my location wrong. It erases my credit cards. Sometimes the check in button disappears. Messages that my card cannot be saved, you never know what’s going to happen next. I tried to submit a complaint online but I couldn’t send it because the sonic in my town (Murfreesboro, AR) was not listed on the drop down list. So it was impossible to contact you. I see all kinds of suggestions for temporary fixes but I don’t have the time! Give us a working app or I’m done.

For two plus weeks now I have not been able to use the app to order ahead because it indicates that the payment method isn't any good which is not true. I took my payment info off and inputted a different form of payment and received the same notification. This is very frustrating, I have stopped going to Sonic and switched to another place.
Go to checkout and receive the message "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."
When I am ready to finish my order and checkout it say "card declined " I check with my bank and my card is just fine only said "declined" on the sonic app
My credit card keeps getting declined - even though I have used it for years. It says "Try again later" I deleted the app and re-installed it. I have, but the card still keeps getting declined. What else can I do. Won't be going to Sonic anymore unless the app starts working . . . .
Stall number won't go away! Have Uninstaller and re INSTALLED MANY time with no success. What can I do to fix this?

Hello. My app won't clear the stall-it has me in stall 15. I have deleted the app, off loaded the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app, updated my phone and it still won't clear the stall number. It has been this way for 1 month now, which won't allow me to use the app. Can anyone help me as to what I need to do?
My sonic app which I use often is frozen to October 12th! It also says that I am in stall 11? I have logged out, deleted the app, reinstall the app, went through every setting that I could find, and I cannot alleviate the problem.
Like the commenter from yesterday... "The app is basically frozen. It still shows our receipt from a pickup order on October 3 @ Stall 3. It will not let us proceed. The app must ‘think’ we’re still sitting there at Stall 3 waiting on our order." It is doing the same thing with me. Except mine is for October 17 Stall 8. It will not allow me to place a new order. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I logged back in to my account and it still shows waiting on order. It is useless now what can I do?

I have Uninstaller, reinstalled restarted my phone and this app still won't work when I put in my stall number it says it's not working at this time please fix this issue this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had this issue
Card keeps getting declined when I checkout.
The very last step in the checkout process, the “place my order button” won’t work!! I’ve logged out and logged back in and try to different credit card number and it still won’t work.

why can’t I place my order through my Sonic app? I have a new iPhone 14 I can put the order in. Everything works when I hit placed order it will not except it. I deleted my old email got a new email account got a whole new Sonic app still will not work.
I have an iPhone 14 pro running 16.0.2 iOS. My sonic app will not allow me to place an order anymore. Everything works fine up until the point to place order and pay, then nothing happens. I can get on safari and log into my account and pay on my phone but not through the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and all contents, reinstalling and still nothing works. Please help

I tried to order a couple of drinks using the app and it kept telling me there was an error. I never could get it to work and gave up. Later I see where it has charged me 4 times for $3.02 for drinks I never received - the app never said it was complete or said it was ready to pay and complete........not sure I will use it again.

Sonic has lost literally hundreds of dollars over the last two years from my family because the app does not work! The app will not submit an order when trying to pay using a gift card connected to the account, it just spins and spins. But if I switch to a credit card it goes through immediately. I have tried this one than once at different locations and I keep having the same issue.

Same as everyone else!! I purchased gift cards loaded them into app threw them away because how would I know the app would just not work. Now $40 in the trash!!! So frustrating. I’ve asked at several locations and no one seems to know how to make it work or anything else about the app.

Sonic app let me add to my "bag" but will not let me check out. Went to the Sonic Drive-in and placed my order. I only ordered today so I could get the 1/2 price sonic burgers. It is very aggravating being unable to place order online. I had to ask for the burgers to be1/2 price. Manager gave me the 1/2 price burgers after explaining the situation, but she said I needed to delete app and reinstall. I am not going to do this. She said it was a corporate problem. This is not the first time this has happened. I really think Sonic just wants people to have to go to the drive-in to place order and NOT get the 1/2 price discount.
This app is absolute trash. It always crashes and fails when trying to pay. It just said my order was confirmed then it crashed and my order is no where to be found. 0/10 stars Sonic congrats
Every time I try to use the app it glitches. It never works correctly for me.
When I order online and go to pick up, the app doesn’t let me check in. The button stays gray and can’t be pressed. I then have to call the restaurant to notify them I’m there and what stall I’m in.

Because of this issue, I have STOPPED going to Sonic. Oh well, I guess. PS- my husbands app works, just not mine.
Can't order on app
For several months the Sonic app has not allowed me to place an order. I can enter my order and I verify my card and location and it won't allow me to place my order. The red "place order" will not depress.
I’ve been having the exact same issues with my sonic app for about 6 months. I am so frustrated!! Sonic is the only fast food my child with autism will eat and of course one of the most expensive too! It would be nice to get to take advantage of some of the app only deals. I called the 800 number and got the same delete app and download it again” bull. What a mess. How hard can this be to fix? Is it an iPhone 13 thing, maybe? Frustrated, nonetheless.

I can place items in my cart, but the app will not let me Place the Order. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but that didn’t help.
My app has never worked on my new iPhone 13. So I logged in on my sons iPhone 11 it was working. But yesterday it wouldn’t let me check out. Today its still not working. It’s updated too.

It’s been over a year that the Sonic app lets me add items for order but when I get to the place order button nothing happens when I tap it. I have added / deleted card, used a different card, tried Apple Pay, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple time and tried setting up a new account and nothing worked. Customer service is USELESS because all they say is to delete and reinstall the app and respond with that same solution even when I have replied back telling them it still isn’t working and after about three emails with that same response I basically got a “hmmmm maybe try deleting and reinstalling app again and it should work. If not then check your connection and what not” kind of reply. I used the app for 1 1/2 years no problem, did a software update on my phone one day for the IOS 14 maybe whichever was about year ago and hasn’t worked since. I have even gotten a new phone in this timeframe so it can’t be the phone. I have notice lots of people have the same complaint as me and that’s is all you can find on the matter is the problem. I have scoured the Internet looking for solution with no luck. It would be really nice to get to take advantage of all these reward deals and specials I keep getting emails about from them but can’t use because app doesn’t work.
