How to fix Givelify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Givelify app on iPhone
Update Givelify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Givelify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Givelify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Givelify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Givelify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Givelify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Givelify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Givelify » click [Force Stop]

Update Givelify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Givelify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Givelify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Givelify.

Fix Givelify unable to contact server/ Givelify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Givelify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Givelify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Givelify
