I have a problem with MyBRD

User reports:
No current problems

- The app does not have the Apple Pay service activated, unlike other banks in Romania.

- The interface is outdated and lacks push notifications, which are available in other banking apps like ING.

- The app displays a message every time it is opened, asking the user to set their preferred interval.

- There is no option to block a lost or stolen card in the app, which poses a security risk.

- The app is not compatible with the latest iOS update, making it impossible to view bank statements or perform transfers.

- The lack of security features and outdated interface make some users feel insecure about keeping large sums of money in the bank.

I press the Brd icon on my home screen it opens weirdly and crashes instantly

To resolve MyBRD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the MyBRD App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyBRD » click [Force Stop]

Clear MyBRD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyBRD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyBRD.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyBRD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyBRD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyBRD
