I play this game all the time . I Love coin master, i have played for a few years now but this is the second time i have not been given my coins i buy. Tonight about 10:00 or 10:15 pm i bought for $19.99 1000% more spins 5,800 spins and it gave me 525 spins thats all. the money went through just like last time and i sent a email to the complaint site im sure it was the customer support line. never heard anything. I have had lots of family and friends join coinmaster, Please fix this for me, I dont have alot of extra money but when i do i spend it on coinmaster. I would never spend $19.99 on just 525 spins. You can see I play it all the time I'm at village 280 and i have46,869 stars. just Please give me my spins i have coming and I'll be a Happy Coinmaster Player again. My game is working right, it keeps freezing up( I guess). I completed my village but I didn't receive my free spins.plus the entire time I could play, was not working properly.
I believe I have not been paid for completion of a lot of the card sets I was watching them closely a bunch today were new cards with spins or other rewards on them that I did mot receive sets are being completed with out me knowing about them.
Please can you help as I didn't receive my Daily gift in the start of the game I was supposed to have the last box of (10? I think) where each day your either given spins or coins or pet food!!! When I opened up my game tonight I did not receive any of my rewards please can you help me with this as I was on the last box which normally you get 400 spin? Plus pet food plus a couple of other rewards.
