Hello, I'm contacting you to inform you that any time I've tried to make a purchase, via Debit card, Visa, Master and American Express, It wouldn't allow me to continue with my purchase I also had the amount of money required for said purchase,, I've already tried some ways to help fix it such as contacting my bank, reinstalling the game, and logging in and out of my account, but nothing seems to allow me to purchase it.

I try to login with my Google play account but it says my account has been linked to another hoyoverse account. It has been a bit since i last played but i can't think of any other accounts that can have been linked to it
