Summary of Buddhify Problems 🔥

- Big problem is that on first open (and random opens after that) the app goes to a spinning circle with “downloading media” and absolutely no progress bar

- Skip update button is apparently just for show because it doesn’t do anything

- Doesn't provide as much guidance with breathing and meditation for every category as wished

Get an error message, then can select one option of the meditation wheel, but after that the app crashes. Wifi is on, bluetooth as well. Can you please fix this bug!

Buddhify app on my iPhone cannot connect to uour server since latest update. I have suppressed the app twice and I have always the same problem. Connection unidentified .... Error (E001) First time in years I have this problem. I can play "Waking Up" but have to download it to every time. It's has - the app cannot connect to you server through my registration. Tried to change it, but it says cannot connect to server. My Wi-fi is ON and functionning as well has Bluetooth Can you solve this problem

crashes, immediately after selecting meditation. This started after the 8 Dec 2022 update. App starts, can browse the meditation, can select info on them but to play any meditation will crash the app.

How to fix Buddhify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Buddhify app on iPhone
Update Buddhify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Buddhify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Buddhify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Buddhify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Buddhify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Buddhify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Buddhify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Buddhify » click [Force Stop]

Update Buddhify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buddhify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Buddhify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Buddhify.

Fix Buddhify unable to contact server/ Buddhify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Buddhify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Buddhify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Buddhify
