I've never been able to use GT app since I opened it in 2009. I downloaded the new Gtworld ,yet the app is not working on my phone. I've been to bank today ,yet the guys were unable to fix the problem This is really frustrating,if this should persist , I'll have to quit banking with GT.

I installed Gtworld in my new phone but I can't login. During verification it will be saying that something went wrong that I should try later. Have been trying this for over three days now.

The last comment here was a week ago, so why am I having the same issue now .. why is this happening?? Please fix your app asap Been trying to log into my account and it’s not working .. And even when it decides to open , I can’t sent money to anyone .. What type of nonsense is this ?? I can’t be going through this everyday. KINDLY GET IT FIXED ASAP

I can't use my mobile internet banking app because it keeps asking of Token which it is saying is not activated. I never used Token for my transactions before but since this upgrade,I can't use the app without referring me to a Token which I don't have. Can you guys please look into this

I have been trying to make a transfer from my Gtb mobile app for the last 2 weeks but the app seems not to be working. The square just keeps rotating. This is so frustrating. The fingerprint icon has also disappeared from the login page. I will eventually close my account with GT. I can’t take this anymore.
