Kroger app has not been working since start of new year. When I try to open the weekly ad, message says Kroger has stopped, open app again. same result each time. Home, Savings Kroger Pay all seem to work, just no weekly ad.
I keep a regular list on my android phone. That I uncheck items from for my list each week, then check items off at the store. I can not view or scroll thru my list anymore

I placed an order to be delivered. Almost half of the items were not available in the warehouse. The app showed all items were in stock but warehouse staff said they were not in stock. Very frustrating.
Have sent many messages that the Kroger app doesn't work. Now the notifications for order is ready doesn't come via email, the app doesn't work at the store, cannot add items through email notification (when I get them sporadically) PLEASE FIX THIS! I shop online every week!
Every time I try to use my app for a digital coupon, it tells me it’s experiencing problems and to try again later. I’ve been using the app just fine until probably last year, and now it never works. I uninstalled the app and tried to create a new account, but guess what- “ERROR Oops, it looks like we’re experiencing technical difficulties ...sorry about that! Please try again later.” Please fix this!!!
Pay Now doesn't work consistently. Very frustrating. Prefer to use the app, but yah...
Trying get get on my Kroger app. Will not allow me keeps freezing up.
I am trying to create an account for home delivery. Every time I input info it says there is an error and says to try later. Then I try and log in and it says email and password don’t match. Getting frustrated

"Web page not available" Done the normal crap, including a reinstall; no difference. The absolute WORST app I have ever suffered through. Hasn't worked for months; no idea what the frequent updates are doing (one just this morning) as it still DOES. NOT. WORK.
I messed up several times trying to reset my account as I have forgotten my log in info .to make a new or get to my original info impossible I am new at all this,all I was trying to do is reset info but also to cancel all information which was many times ,I want to delete,all my info and still have one Kroger account pls help me ,thank you. App locks on a screen and you can’t move elsewhere. Have to exit. I’ve deleted and reinstalled but have the same issue.
I want to get on Kroger app to order and check prescriptions but the app will not come up?
I haven't been able to use the app in a long time. It won't connect, always says retry. I tried it at home as well as in the store many times and it doesn't work either place. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's the same. I do not buy products that you have to have get the price by clipping the digital coupon because I can't clip it. Very frustrating.
App picks the incorrect store. I only shop at larnered ks store and it has me signed up to have .y items shipped to my home.

App won’t let me do anything this has been a problem for months It keeps saying retry. I can shop, clip coupons. I can’t even access it when I’m in the store. I don’t know how many points I have etc Please please advise. 678-925-8895

The app never works in your store and can't add digital coupons it is so frustrating
I’m using the app shopping list and previously when I checked off an item it disappeared. Today it did not and made shopping much harder. If I closed the screen and reopened the entire list was renewed and no items marked off. I hope this can be fixed
Every minute or so( no exaggeration) the app freezes up and you have to wait 15 minutes or more before it’s active.
iPhone 12. The app freezes. I try to select an item on the digital coupons. A page then pops up , it freezes the phone. Nothing will work except a hard reboot
I've had this app for a while now and can never use the digital coupons. Why offer them if your app is not working?! I'm going to other stores where you don't need to use an app to get cheaper prices! You're a big enough store that you should have a decent app! You are going to be losing business
When I try to type a product in the SEARCH section of the KROGER APP, I get multiple nonsense letters that make no sense. Help!
What happened to your app? Why do I have to choose how I want and where to shop, resubmit my preferred store when it's been the same location for years when all I want to do is look at the ad and it won't let you SEE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU SEARCH FOR YOUR STORE, next it'll ask for thumb print or the face recognition process...ridiculous, Walmart, Meijer and Sam's you just won a new shopper.
