I have an active one year subscription to daily yoga. I recently had to factory reset my phone. Following this the app does not let me login to the app using my google id saying " your google account already exist in daily yoga". which of course it does. I need to accesss my pai benefits. Please help

When I clicked on “Get”, I expected to see that it was free, or at least pricing information. Instead, what I got was “payment processed”. No info about how much it would cost. Please cancel this order, which was a mistake. It does only seem right to tell customers what the price will be. Please cancel my order.

How to fix Daily Yoga app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Daily Yoga app on iPhone
Update Daily Yoga app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Daily Yoga iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Daily Yoga on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Daily Yoga network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Daily Yoga Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Daily Yoga not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Daily Yoga App
1. On android, goto Settings » Daily Yoga » click [Force Stop]

Update Daily Yoga to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Daily Yoga App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Daily Yoga » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Daily Yoga.

Fix Daily Yoga unable to contact server/ Daily Yoga internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Daily Yoga » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Daily Yoga » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Daily Yoga
