David Hughes -Eternal Om is only 20 min & I would like a way to put it on a loop until I fall asleep . I am unable to find this track in my coaches anymore & Ave to enter it into the search bar.The recording after this track is a woman’s foreign voice stating affirmations & I find it creepy & it jars me from the light sleep I had just entered. If this can’t be resolved I have no use for this app as not only is it not helping me to sleep , I’m on edge waiting for the track to end & the disturbing track that follows
Please cancel my subscription for sleep and medication and send me confirmation of the cancellation.
I cannot get the Aura app to open on my mobile device. Please provide a solution.
My Aura keeps saying “ an error has occurred please reload your app.” I have reloaded, deleted and reinstalled and shut off my phone and turned it back on and did all of the above. Nothing works! Please advise. Thanks! Leslie H. Martin

Iphone says I'm active yet I don't see how much Ive beenncharged. I thought it was $7.99 a year. And it used to say I'm in premium slot which I never signed up for. Where do I see my monthly bill? I tried stopping this a year ago. HELP PLEASE. Just nos I read i have to cancel 180 days before my June date. This means I'm too late to cancel? Depression is a helplessness state. Almost a year ago now, I tried to cancel Aura. After listening 3 or times, it quit working. So depressed in trying to stop this Aura, I finally learned it really was a yearly subscription. Depressed, hard to cancel this subscription, I've waited until now. Soon, It will automatically charge me again. Who can I contact? Ive forgotten my password.
I am trying to cancel Aura as I thought $59.00 was a yearly charge, not monthly. I have left a message on your phone..(nobody answers). I have tried to cancel on both the website and the app and it doesn't work. I have contacted Discover and they will be refusing any further charges from you. I am so disappointed. I thought you were an organization which wanted to actually help people not harm them. I just retired from a 40 year nursing career. I cannot afford your outrageous charges.
