I have used track view for a few months. Great Service. 2 days ago I changed my cell phone and now I cannot connect to it because the screen reads “ Access device is private mode. The remote device is in private mode and cannot be monitored or tracked. None of my phones or computers are set for private mode. How is this corrected?
