How to fix CIH app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CIH app on iPhone
Update CIH app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CIH iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CIH on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CIH network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CIH Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CIH not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CIH App
1. On android, goto Settings » CIH » click [Force Stop]

Update CIH to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CIH App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CIH » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CIH.

Fix CIH unable to contact server/ CIH internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CIH » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CIH » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CIH
