How to fix CIH app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CIH app on iPhone
Update CIH app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CIH iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CIH on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CIH network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CIH app issues:

Force Stop the CIH App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CIH app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CIH to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CIH App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CIH app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CIH.

Fix CIH unable to contact server/ CIH internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CIH » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CIH » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CIH on android.
