After i entered the correct informations I didn’t receive the confirmation message, while it was inconvenient it wasn’t the deal breaker, because they did provide a link to click if I didn’t receive the message, but it did absolutely nothing which was extremely frustrating.
Please figure this out because I actually need CIH to keep track of my account

After CIH being slower by time now is not showing all my transactions, I’m very confused about what else is missing, and what is my real balance is, and today is totally offline ??!!

now i am forced to uninstall CIH because of your smart last update my iPhone 6 is not supported anymore and many other iPhones as well . Are you kidding me developers? I can't even download the last compatible version or access to my account on CIH 😡😡😡

I can’t use the application to do much because it’s always asking for the verification codes that I don’t receive. This makes me use my laptop instead and use the website. I wish you can work on this issue.

CIH is pretty slow and it gets the job done but it needs some major improvements that will make our experience smoother for example , the casual technical errors when CIH doesn’t even wanna log in. That shouldn’t even be there.
So please request a stable login process when we don’t have to wait for hours to just login to CIH .

Until now im very satisfied i would like to have an option to hide my balances until i choose to show them other than that everything is working fine thank to the team for the effort.

I would like to see this features on the next update :
- Blur/Hide total balance until making an action.
- Darke Mode.
- When there’s a new update show me a notification. And when there’s a new update is available and you are trying to login you can’t login and CIH doesn’t show any message, adding a messange would be helpfull to encourage user to update.

The overall experience is great, it does what a banking app is supposed to do. There are still a few things that don't make it a completely online banking experience like delivery of debit card and cheques but that's not too much of an issue.

I mainly use the Arabic version of CIH , and it's just not there yet, there are still many strings in french which makes the experience not ideal. Please work on that.

This is by far the best, and most comprehensive banking app I've used in Morocco so far.
It just lets you do everything from your smartphone without ever having to go to the physical agency.
Thanks this app for this amazing service. One last addition would be to consider adding Arabic & English languages as well.

——— the resolved issue was:
The last update brought face ID support, for quite Some time it worked fine for me so I didn’t had to write the password every time, instead I relied on face id to quickly log in, but recently, I don’t know what went wrong but for some reason or another Face ID doesn’t work anymore!!!

when ever I am trying to activate FaceID inside CIH , CIHA MOBILE just freezes and closes CIH unexpectedly, and this behavior happens every time i try to enable face ID.

I tried to re-install CIH , tried many things but with no success.

Even after using touch id or password to login it keeps loading and stops without any error in the login screen

One the worst front end very poor design. I wasn’t expecting from a big bank. The system is broken SMS doesn’t work correctly, I need to enter my times my credentials to be able to login. Worst experience I have ever faced.

CIH is amazing, works very good, the best in the Moroccan market, EXCEPT that CIH does NOT work the weekends. I hope you solve this.
