I purchased tickets with TodayTix for the Lyt in Sydney Bernstein’s window and I did not receive my tickets yet and the show is tomorrow June 14 at 1 PM. Please help.

How to fix TodayTix app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TodayTix app on iPhone
Update TodayTix app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TodayTix iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TodayTix on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TodayTix network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TodayTix Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TodayTix not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TodayTix App
1. On android, goto Settings » TodayTix » click [Force Stop]

Update TodayTix to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TodayTix App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TodayTix » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TodayTix.

Fix TodayTix unable to contact server/ TodayTix internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TodayTix » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TodayTix » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TodayTix
