Summary of SeatGeek Problems 🔥

- Had an issue with one of the tickets not being found

- Had an issue with tickets not being found at the entry gate

- Bought tickets for an event that was rescheduled for a day earlier due to COVID

- Bought tickets that were not “real” tickets yet

- Could not get money back from SeatGeek

- Had to repost tickets for sale and got back a fraction of what was spent

- Had to wait for almost three months to sell tickets

- Does not make it clear that you are buying tickets that don’t exist yet

I downloaded the app tonight to look at my tickets for the Patriots/Ravens game on the 25th of September. The app would freeze and the message came up saying the app is not responding. What do I do if this happens the day of the event? Also is this happening because it's too soon to look at the tickets?

How to fix SeatGeek app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SeatGeek app on iPhone
Update SeatGeek app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SeatGeek iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SeatGeek on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SeatGeek network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SeatGeek Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SeatGeek not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SeatGeek App
1. On android, goto Settings » SeatGeek » click [Force Stop]

Update SeatGeek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SeatGeek App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SeatGeek » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SeatGeek.

Fix SeatGeek unable to contact server/ SeatGeek internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SeatGeek » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SeatGeek » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SeatGeek
