- Does not make it clear that you are buying tickets that don’t exist yet
I downloaded the app tonight to look at my tickets for the Patriots/Ravens game on the 25th of September. The app would freeze and the message came up saying the app is not responding. What do I do if this happens the day of the event? Also is this happening because it's too soon to look at the tickets?
Everytime
everytime i try to put in my contact information when buying tickets the entire app crashes. there’s no way around it.
I try to log into the mobile app and it immediately closes when I begin to type my email. App version: 13.0.0 Device: Apple iPhone 12 Pro OS: iOS 16 (Beta 3)
just bought tickets this morning. downloaded app and logged in. Nothing happens, its just spins and spins. please help!
