I’m trying to load the game time app on my iPhone 12 Pro and it’s been spinning for hours but hasn’t been installed yet, what can I do to get it to install and open?

Similar to some other comments, when I click accept tickets the Gametime app closes and doesn’t take me to Ticketmaster to accept. Not sure if this will change leading up to my game (on 6/11/22) but I’m starting to get concerned.

Keeps telling something is wrong with my card. Have tried multiple cards and it tells me the same thing. Trying purchase concert tickets.
