Similar to some other comments, when I click accept tickets the Gametime app closes and doesn’t take me to Ticketmaster to accept. Not sure if this will change leading up to my game (on 6/11/22) but I’m starting to get concerned.

How to fix Gametime app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gametime app on iPhone
Update Gametime app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gametime iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gametime on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gametime network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gametime Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gametime not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gametime App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gametime » click [Force Stop]

Update Gametime to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gametime App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gametime » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gametime.

Fix Gametime unable to contact server/ Gametime internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gametime » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gametime » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
