I have tried to deposit checks multiple times and generally end up depositing in my other bank account. I spent 40 minutes one time and it would not recognize the amount written in the check. One try at my other bank. This time I retook the picture 8 times to get the check to be recognized

Getting tired of being overdrawn because transactions will be pending one day and I’ll think that they have posted the next day and no they aren’t even in my transaction they are not even pending there just gone and I don’t realize it cause I just check how much I have not actually looking at the transaction thinking I can buy something then I’ll be overdrawn after that purchase at least the old app was accurate in this sense this app needs to keep track of transactions better which right now it does not instead it lies about how much money you have

The new app is not usher friendly. Deposits take far longer than before. Venmo’s even when you pay for instant transfer do not hit the account until the next day. At that rate I shouldn’t have to pay for instant transfer. My checks use to post immediately and now it’s 12-24 hrs. Also warning your customers the app is changing before rolling it out and disabling the original one would have been a nice heads up. I spent three days thinking I was typing something in wrong or something was wrong with my phone. I then had to hold for a substantial amount of time to speak with someone who couldn’t walk me through how the app worked because “they just rolled it out on us we don’t know how to navigate it either”. Highly frustrating. I’ve banked with you guys for years and never had any issues in any area of the bank until now. Not having access to my money immediately is the biggest loss for me.
