The new app is not usher friendly. Deposits take far longer than before. Venmo’s even when you pay for instant transfer do not hit the account until the next day. At that rate I shouldn’t have to pay for instant transfer. My checks use to post immediately and now it’s 12-24 hrs. Also warning your customers GlacierBank is changing before rolling it out and disabling the original one would have been a nice heads up. I spent three days thinking I was typing something in wrong or something was wrong with my phone. I then had to hold for a substantial amount of time to speak with someone who couldn’t walk me through how GlacierBank worked because “they just rolled it out on us we don’t know how to navigate it either”. Highly frustrating. I’ve banked with you guys for years and never had any issues in any area of the bank until now. Not having access to my money immediately is the biggest loss for me.

Getting tired of being overdrawn because transactions will be pending one day and I’ll think that they have posted the next day and no they aren’t even in my transaction they are not even pending there just gone and I don’t realize it cause I just check how much I have not actually looking at the transaction thinking I can buy something then I’ll be overdrawn after that purchase at least the old app was accurate in this sense GlacierBank needs to keep track of transactions better which right now it does not instead it lies about how much money you have

I have tried to deposit checks multiple times and generally end up depositing in my other bank account. I spent 40 minutes one time and it would not recognize the amount written in the check. One try at my other bank. This time I retook the picture 8 times to get the check to be recognized

Took me three times to mobile deposit a check as the system kept saying it was blurry and needed to be further away or more steady. When you want something to be more efficient and less of a time burden. This was not it for me.

The new Mobil deposit feature is not as good as the previous one. Leaves a shadow over the check where as the previous app didn’t.

Over all the new app is infinitely better than the previous.

The only draw back is the deposit function, it’s significantly more effort from manual only check capture to near double the amount of required user input.

I love all the new and amazing features in GlacierBank . From being able to message my bank directly and skipping a phone, adding my own traveling messages for my debit card, being able to transfer to and from another banking institution I have to being able to customize my dashboard. Overall very easy and user friendly app!!

I have other online bank accounts but this bank’s’ website seems to be the most comfortable and Is easier to navigate than the others. Keep up the good work.

I enjoy using this mobile app. It is definitely easy to use and helpful.

I like it that you can open your account very quickly and the layout out is nicely done.

I had trouble loading GlacierBank for some reason. Had to do many things to load it.
I share because others may find this as well. Clear the cache, update phone, I even used a VPN off and on. It suddenly began to work.
Now that it is operational, GlacierBank works great!

Living out of town, using GlacierBank to make deposits, makes it so much easier. Love being able to see transactions no matter where I am.

I like this new app format better than the last one. Still takes getting used to, but it’s definitely a lot better.

User friendly and much needed update!

I downloaded GlacierBank yesterday and have been on it multiple times and GlacierBank is very user friendly and also set up very nice. Easy to set up transfers and even see my loan balances. 5 star all day long!
