How to fix Akso app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Akso app on iPhone
Update Akso app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Akso iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Akso on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Akso network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Akso Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Akso not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Akso App
1. On android, goto Settings » Akso » click [Force Stop]

Update Akso to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Akso App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Akso » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Akso.

Fix Akso unable to contact server/ Akso internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Akso » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Akso » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
