When I open my app the screen is blank. I’m using an iPhone 13 running the latest version. I have in installed the app and reinstalled but screen still black. Any suggestions?

How to fix HUMANITY app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HUMANITY app on iPhone
Update HUMANITY app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HUMANITY iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HUMANITY on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HUMANITY network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HUMANITY Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HUMANITY not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HUMANITY App
1. On android, goto Settings » HUMANITY » click [Force Stop]

Update HUMANITY to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HUMANITY App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HUMANITY » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HUMANITY.

Fix HUMANITY unable to contact server/ HUMANITY internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HUMANITY » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HUMANITY » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HUMANITY
