I just resubscribed to eMeals for 3 months. I cannot login or get the app to work. It just keeps bringing me back to the purchase a subscription page, which I already did. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Can you help?

Currently using emeals app on my Samsung S10+. The app itself can be a little glitchy, but the most disappointing issue is that it will not let me connect with instacart. Instacart through emails will come up temporarily but is followed up by an error message saying Instacart is unavailable. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. I also made sure I am using the right accounts my wife's email account and my wife's Instacart account. Nothing I've done has worked.
