The software and website are great, BUT there are a handful of major issues. Once these issues are resolved, and it actually performs and functions like TradingView this will be a game changer! And 5 star worthy.

1. Switching from web, to iPhone or iPad the custom charts reset, nothing can be saved, nothing will sync. Start from scratch every time. I also have to constantly change my time zone to UTC-4 ( New York)

2. Chart (Full screen) Works on web, but on the iPad app it will not open full screen, chart is tiny. Also when in full screen the side menu on the left disappears. Should be able to open/close trades in full screen, adjust TP and SL as well.

3. Time Frame, I scalp NAS100 and US30. TA on higher time frame, entries on 30 seconds with tight SL. Anything below 1 Minute does not work. Making it very difficult on entires.

4. Biggest Mistake, is taking too long to fix these issues. Hopefully this doesn’t take 1-2 years to properly fix, unfortunately by then I won’t be waiting around, and neither will others. Competitors are starting to implement similar things, and if MT4 and MT5 integrate TradingView and it’s features it’s GAME OVER for everyone. That would allow any broker, regulated or not to use TradingView in Meta Trader, killing off the need for anything like this app.

The most trash app I’ve ever used for trading. The interface and features are better than MT4 as it mirrors TradingView, however please expect TradeLocker to crash consecutively throughout the week WHILE you’re in active trades. The maintenance and bug fixes does absolutely nothing. I just hate that we were forced to transfer from MT4 to such an unreliable and financially risky app as this one. Do better and stop playing with peoples time and money!! And if TradeLocker does crash while we are in active trades, please expect a lawsuit if money is not refunded or accommodations are not made for traders such as myself ! I hate TradeLocker.

The delay and lag is bad i have to close TradeLocker and open it again first time i used it i didnt know how much money i lost because you gotta go deep into searching for your wins and losses and can we please add alarms PLEASE and the notifications on the screen when we buy or sell can we turn that off?

I was forced to switch from my broker to this glitchy crap, i love using tradingview…and was very excited to use this app when broker switched, but i wish they let us use mt4 til all these bugs are fixed, on TradeLocker the candles are never at the correct price…after putting a trade TradeLocker kicks me out and i try and try and try to connect again putting in all my info(very annoying) cant save my info or use face id for quicker access. Very disappointed, I started looking for brokers still on mt4… very disappointed

Literally every fee hours TradeLocker Logs you out. It constantly fails to load. It crashes and the devs are always shutting it down for “maintenance.” Yet nothing gets fixed. Today ALLL day TradeLocker would NOT open. When it finally opened i wasnt able to login at all. All while we have open trades. Discord group for the platform has 100s of people experiencing the same thing and NONE of the devs are replying or even updating. THE worst app EVER created for trading. Shame because it could have been a really good app.

this app is not reliable and constable is having connection issues. There’s have been several times I’ve been in trades and TradeLocker and website completely shut down and don’t allow you to login. It’s too much stress. The platform definitely needs some adjusting.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with this trading platform. It crashes incessantly, leaving me logged out and utterly helpless with no control over my positions. The frequency of these disruptions is not only infuriating but also poses a serious risk to the safety of my capital. This has been the worst trading experience I've ever had, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this platform until these issues are resolved. Absolute nightmare

TradeLocker looks good. TradeLocker does not function properly for long. App continues to crash in the middle of trades. My broker MADE me change to this platform. I have no option yet my trades are clearly being manipulated by these crashes. Who is going to pay my money back? All the responses I’ve seen are insensitive to the economical climate. We don’t have money to lose. Fix it or close it. This is absolutely not okay. I suggest switching brokers and moving back to MetaTrader. LISTEN to the reviews. The rating is not a lie.

My broker stopped operating on MT4 and made me switch my account to this app. I’ve only been trading in the platform for a month and I’ve had multiple times where I’m either automatically logged out without my permission or told that too many people are using the application. I do believe the setup is nice but if it’s shutting down this often and you’re a scalp trader then I wouldn’t recommend TradeLocker. There are too many server and accessibility issues that cause me a deficit on the backend. I hope this helps your decision on downloading. Thanks!

Platform not ready yet … this is terribly inadequate for the need of traders. Goes offline very often for maintenance while you have positions running. Charts won’t load properly and seriously hard to use

Beware of this trading platform, I’m a professional trader with more than 4 years of experience, never happened to me to be in a position and they start opening and closing positions with losses just to steal your money. This never happened nor would it happen using MetaTrader. Although I contacted the broker, they never gave me a response, only excuses, I am sure that they are stealing the traders' money in complicity with the brokers, those brokers that forced us to migrate without prior consultation, such as (OspreyFX and Kot4x). Stay away from this thieves platform.

Most of brokers forced traders to migrate, don’t even try it, as a professional trader I’m saying, NEVER NEVER NEVER trade on this platform. They go down always on NY session opening, most critical hours the went down to, they are stealing money from traders, they never response to claims, they took 5 losing trades without my consent in the same day even if I was already in a trade, I never seen that, just realize when checking my trade history. IF YOU CAN NOT COMPETE WITH METATRADER YOU MUST STAY AWAY. The worst and most terrible experience I have ever.

TradeLocker has serious issues and is not reliable whatsoever, I got switched over just like everyone else & not I just feel helpless because I’m in the US and they are shutting down most firms using MT4/MT5. I’ve been trading or “trying” to trade on TradeLocker for almost 2 weeks now and have lost moeney or potential moves I’ve stayed up hours analyzing just for bugs to not let me execute them. Multiple times I couldn’t close my positions in profit and even had 2 turn into a loss due to the glitches. This is very frustrating and it’s leaving US traders like me feeling utterly helpless! Imagine anticipating a great move over the weekend only to not even be able to execute it and just watching your potential profits run. TradeLocker is horrible.

I initiated a trade via my phone, setting both stop loss and take profit. While monitoring, the screen suddenly went black. Despite refreshing and restarting my phone, TradeLocker remained unresponsive. Switching to my computer, I found the trade still profitable with all settings intact. However, later, I received a notification of challenge failure due to max drawdown, attributed to the stop loss malfunctioning. Support declined assistance without recordings, which I didn't have since I didn't anticipate platform issues. It was a Huge mistake to trust these people! I recommend seeking a more dependable platform.

It looks good because they use the tradingView interface but unfortunately it’s very bad on mobile. You can’t switch time frames no matter how many times you click on it or reinstall TradeLocker . Only 1 minute and daily chart available. Also feel free to compare where price is at before entering, I literally have screenshots of XAUUSD of both screens at same time and the one for TradeLocker shows a completely different price in real time. Not just a pip or two like 20 so I don’t know what’s up with that. If your looking to be serious I would recommend just regular MT4 with KOT or another mainstream broker not this one as it’s not ready yet but you know how these companies are being ready doesn’t matter taking your money is priority

Since my stupid broker from kot4x moved everyone’s funds to TradeLocker trading here has been a little bit of a headache with the stop losses and take profits sometimes it projects the wins and losses which I like but TradeLocker CRASHES A LOT. And sometimes it doesn’t show my trade active so I have to reload TradeLocker , and now you can’t flip the phone to the side to get a better view of the chart like MT4 did

If TradeLocker can mimic what mt4 does or somewhere near it I would support it but for now this my rating👎

Wether switching through markets, time frames, or currency pairs TradeLocker takes way too long to render the charts. The worst is when you close out of TradeLocker then reopen it, it will refresh itself like three times before the chart renders. Also constantly having to adjust the scale of the chart when swapping through markets and timeframes is pretty annoying.

Been using for over two months. It’s been perfectly fine love the interface and how things run its smooth but The FIRST AND ONLY time I ever put a trade and fall asleep without setting a stop loss ironically TradeLocker doesn’t want to open for me . Had to ask someone else for their phone install TradeLocker and sign in and was able to close the trade . Been over a day and a half now and uninstalled multiple times and tried to open TradeLocker again and it’s not working . Idk what it is but it’s definitely not sitting right with me .

My broker switched me from MT4 to this app with no notice. Even though my open trades transferred seamlessly to this app, the trades technically closed on MT4 which caused other accounts of mine at another broker which were copying my trades via SocialTraderTools to also close, costing me thousands of dollars. Then, all of the trades that had transferred to this app mysteriously closed on their own costing me another couple thousand dollars. this app has gone down a few times when I was in the middle of trades making it impossible to manage them. I love the interface and if it worked well it would be an upgrade from MetaTrader but I don’t think brokers should require the change until the bugs are fixed and the servers can handle the load. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and it’s just too buggy to be reliable.

So I was logged in and in open trades, TradeLocker logged me out and will not let me log back in with my credentials at all. It’s not an issue with my broker because a friend of mine using a different broker had the same issue simultaneously to me as well

But overall I do like TradeLocker

One click trading is great on the platforms but it's not intuitive and fast enough on the execution. Also I hate that the trade notifications line up all over the screen when closing trades. Which makes ot hard to continue closing other positions, and you know how crucial timing is. If they made the notifications stack up on the top left only it would have been so much better. Please consider making that update ok mobile.

Update:
The one click trading is good. The problem is that when using the phone, the the notifications fill the screen which makes it hard to close multiple positions. It would also be useful if there was a function to close all trades at once.

I also don't like that I can't open a pending order if I don't have enough margin.

Charts are small, a little clunky. I can access the 1min chart or the 1 day chart. If they update it I may use it later

App isn’t ready it’s been loading for days now can’t see the chart at all; other than that it could be a great app where you can see and do everything you need in trading.

I been using TradeLocker for a while now, almost ever since the lunch, I like TradeLocker , better than mt4 or mt5 in my opinion but the main issues right now and it’s happening like every 5min I have to reset the web or close TradeLocker and reopen because the chart freezes every 5min and it’s really annoying. Please focus on fixing that issue quick it’s been happening since the last 2-3weeks

The profits and losses are too small try too give us back that mt4-5 vibe I personally like my TradingView and what I trade from separate but if we have to settle so be it lol , but I know it made trading better and is not a Generic , mediocre vibe , Also try too simplify TradeLocker more for beginner traders , a lot of things just look like they were put together with a little bit of no organization , making everything easy to noticeable is awesome we need simplicity,another thing is that it closes trades on its own and that made me more mad then everything the last thing they should play with is someone’s Profit and hard work , 1 more thing is that I watched TradeLocker play with my trading account balance it took some money then later my money was back in my balance and idk if it a error or what but kind of not good for business but if we can spice TradeLocker up see it at full potential I’m sure it will do Good !

A lot to unpack with this app, it’s got a great interface with being able to open positions seamlessly with the graph open. I would really enjoy if when you put it full screen you could rotate you phone horizontally. I wish the top buttons like your graph, markets, trades, and p&l were on the bottom or had the option to put them on the bottom to easily go between them quickly. Also please just fix the server down time:(

After a few days of using this platform, I only have a few problems. One of these problems involved the TP and SL functions. One of my trades blew past my stop loss and didn’t take me out of the trade. I ended up losing more than I wanted to (I swing trade). The TP and SL also disappears from time to time and I’ll have to input the numbers again. The last problem I have is how I can turn the charts sideways. I trade on my phone since I work a lot. It helps tremendously when I can turn the chart sideways and see more of the supply and demand area on the 4hr chart.

With that being said, the platform does look good.

I love how theres more indicators options and its kind of more complex and allows more versatility, but it is different than metatrader and will take a bit to get used to… I wish the data range can go back further with all timeframes; wish i could access it through a web browser so i can watch through my computer but it says theyre still in early access; trade confirmations are slow and sometimes dont appear so i accidentally open double trades (might be a user error) but besides those small bits nit picking i can see this platform surpassing metatrader within a year waiting to see the growth!

Interface looks great and has potential to be a great app and May even surpass MetaTrader if it becomes stable. Too many glitches. Sometimes it seems your trade or Stoploss is refused but was accepted. Your entries don’t sometimes register and takes way too long to load up. Way too many glitches. Hope they work this out in the future. Going back MetaTrader until this is ready.

I rated TradeLocker a 3 so far! It has a lot of potential maybe might surpass the mt4 and the mt5 app! The only issues are the laggy mess and delay when opening TradeLocker as well with the charts freezing and having to close and reopen TradeLocker from time to time to update the charts! But overall has potential.

Trade locker needs to be fixed!!! App is constantly going down.. when viewing the charts, out of no where the charts disappear from screen and “no data here” logo pops up. This is annoying when your in the middle of a trade and can’t even do anything!!

I have you start off by saying this app charts are beautiful, all of us who’s traded unregulated always wished to be able to trade on TradingView charts so that’s a plus! It’s a good app, easy to learn and in my opinion beats MT4 when it comes to executing trades on live charts like MT5 does.

On the other side, every single day you run into an connection issue with TradeLocker . Earlier it was off for 3 hours doing NY session and it caused many different traders to be unable to trade.

Don’t get me wrong the platform and interface look great, love how trading view is integrated, but I just don’t think it’s ready for use yet. For 1 TradeLocker crashes too often, having to close and open it multiple times before it starts up. Not to mention they have partnerships with prop firms. So people are doing challenges and have funded accounts and TradeLocker doesn’t load and crashes. I closed 2 trades right before TradeLocker went down, and when it came back up the trades was still active. It wasn’t detrimental to my account but it could have been. Hope everything changes for the better and soon cause I love using TradeLocker .

Please add a ‘sort’ option, or a way to have the instruments listed in alphabetical order. Searching through the random list of instruments is time consuming.

I want to place a trade but the charts keep loading up time requested error! Idk what to do it keeps crashing

Because the apps still in beta i gave it 3 stars. Super laggy and buggy. But my biggest question is why is the 1 minute timeframe and daily timeframe the only available timeframes with the TV integration?!

Unfortunately this app has to many bugs. Right now I can’t log in at all. I have also had trades close unexpectedly. Didn’t hit my tp or my Sl but all of the sudden they were gone. To make it worse they don’t even show up in my history, even though my balance increased a little, it should have been more. I agree with other traders we shouldn’t be forced to transfer over till all bugs are fixed.

Trade locker is a nice platform. User friendly. Drag & drop SL or TP which is nice. They also calculate your position for you so there’s no confusion about pips/points & how much is being risked.

Some minor bugs where Trade Locker goes under maintenance from time to time but what app do you know that doesn’t get updates? Most do. At least they actively attend to the apps needs. They could’ve done the opposite but they constantly work on it so that’s great.

Overall a decent user friendly application. I’m satisfied for sure. Can’t wait to see how they improve.

Trader locker is super buggy sometimes and it won’t even let me adjust my chart sometimes when I’m in a position, so I have to close out my app and open it up to configure the chart to my liking. Overall, need to fix bugs, faster executions, and a lot more customizations when it comes to placing trades in general. However, this is still extremely wonderful since it is a phone app.

TradeLocker is perfect. I execute the trades quick and easy, but the only thing that I’m looking for is for it to have horizontal mode. I want to see the whole chart, not just part of it. I need to be able to have horizontal vision just like TradingView. But if that’s fixed, that’s all that it’s needed to have that 5-star review and bring in more of us traders to the platform. My broker uses Trade Locker but I use TradingView to analyze my charts because I’m able to have the chart horizontal on the TradingView app on my phone.

While I do love TradeLocker, I’m asking for some things to be fixed PLEASE.

It would help if I could turn the phone sideways and see more of the chart for potential supply and demand zones

It does freeze up sometimes and I have to restart the entire app.

Sometimes the previous chart data doesn’t load at all when I’m trying to go back a bit.

I’ve also noticed that the moving averages and VWAP sometimes get displaced on the chart and I have to go to different time frames and back again to get it where it’s supposed to be. So that could be misleading to traders for deciding on short or long positions.

Overall though, I do love it. I love the fact that you can use Heikin Ashi candles. MT5 doesn’t allow you and that’s the main reason I switched over.

I know you will improve things over time so I will stay with the platform. 🤭🥰

Nice very easy to use just fix the crashes and you guys have a home run.

After giving it a try I felt comfortable enough to at least know it was charted by TradingView.. but I notice a lot of things that didn’t work properly like the countdown timing for the candle sticks. Also from the monthly chart down to the daily it not showing the present candle stick.. it either the day before candles is showing or on the weekly chart it showing only last week candle sticks

The platform itself is great, with it still being fairly new theirs some bugs and kinks to fix but overall an amazing platform. I would recommend that tp’s and sl’s be able to be shown on the chart. Other than the slight delay of the candle sticks reloading everything is perfectly fine. Not sure how long it’s been out for but this definitely a upgrade from mt4/mt5

I like TradeLocker a lot . It is way better then the mobile mt4 . The only thing they need to add is the ability to customize the placing of your favorite instruments and a better way to cycle through your favorite instruments like they have it on the trading view app.

For what it is and in beta form I’m pretty pumped to see where the long term takes us. With anything new we have to acknowledge bugs come with the product. It’s not perfect but it’s fresh take on trading, it’s how quick the team is to fix it and take care of the consumer. No major complaints.

I’ve used Tradlocker ever since the Beta and have been a part of their discord for a while now all before TradeLocker launch, but to anyone who is tired of MT4/MT5 or who is used to TradingView I highly highly recommend downloading TradeLocker. I use them in combination with OspreyFX and it’s a seamless user friendly system with tutorials. There are literally zero excuses for you to not download this. Great job to the team I can’t wait to explore more!

Great aesthetic look to TradeLocker , both on mobile and desktop app. Great alternative to MT4 or MT5 so far. Cons: Honestly none really so far. - Asks - 1) Add a “close all trades” option (vs having to close trades 1 at a time) 2) Wish they could show greater lengths of time of charting history. (Trading view premium allows this) this app would be the perfect trading platform if somehow users could integrate their paid-premium TradingView account. I pay for premium TradingView to get the 1 second timeframe chart option, as well as, to be able to view older/longer history of price information on the charts. 3) Ability to the use EA’s (expert advisors) — Also, I think many of the issues are user error and people not liking change. But for me, I find this app to be working flawlessly thus far. 👍🏼

Hello everyone, I am a trader obviously lol & i just want to give a good rating & my opinion on TradeLocker since the ratings are low(which deserve to be higher) so anyway TradeLocker is amazing its basically just like trading view but way better when u input a lot size u get the $ amount u risk and %. TradeLocker in general is very simple & clean & obviously i love that u can use multiple prop firms as well as brokers. Last i would like to add that u can easily see your open positions or pending along with the trades & P/L.

You guys will be sorry you gave it a bad review. Keep in mind your reviewing something that is brand new. They have fixed so many glitches recently from the beta version. You get the seconds chart for free which tradingview charges extra for. There is so much information stat wise it keeps you organized and prevents over-trading in my opinion. Day 1 I learned how to use everything, Software is extremely user friendly & does not require a learning curve! 5 stars from me

Platform is super great. I actually thinks this gone be the biggest trading platform out there. Even though it fairly new so bugs and issue and servers may over load but the problem it creates in it early days the better they will be resolved for the future.

Ahhh where do I begin…All in one trading platform. Instead of switching back and forth from trading view to MetaTrader I am able to solely use this app for charting and trading which has been very helpful since they are partnered with trading view. Runs very smooth, haven’t experienced any bugs. Highly recommend!

I don’t quite understand all the negative reviews..

I switched platforms due to my prop firm made me due to regulatory issues with traders in the US. I love tradingview and I now can mark up my charts for supply and demand levels with ease and trade off those areas. Execution is pretty spot on and it’s very easy to set stops. Also when you increase your lot size it auto calculates for risk before you place the trades and when you pull stops up or down, it’ll show you how much you’re risking as well. (which I really love that!) Only thing I’m not sure of is setting trailing stops, but overall if you like tradingview you’ll love this app!

I was reluctant at first. But after I started using it. I realized that this terminal is top notch even though it’s in its infancy. The desktop version is absolute fire. Mobile version pretty solid as well and the risk mgmt feature is the best one I’ve seen so far. All of what I need is in one place. I can only seeing TradeLocker getting better and better.

With everything that has been going on in the trading world, especially with metaquotes removing a lot of the major brokers..this platform steps in seamlessly.
I’m sure there will be some bugs to work through with the sudden on-pour, of so many new traders to the platform but all in all this is very solid!
I love how it’s integrated with TradingView, a platform that I was already familiar with. this is cutting edge and definitely the future of trading in my opinion.

So far Im loving this app, it’s a game changer to be able to analyze the charts and place your trades in the same tab or device.

MT4/5 was created ages ago and have not been improved or innovated so it’s great that this app is stepping in and changing the game! 🙏

I’ve been using TradeLocker for about a year and I only had 1 major issue when the servers were crashing in the morning. Very unfortunate but other than that I’m very pleased with TradeLocker . It’s simple and clear and I’m looking forward to continuing to use this platform in the future. The updates are keeping it caught up with the new technology feel and look.

I'd been complaining ceaselessly to fix my withdrawals not going through but it fell on deaf ears. Pressured me into depositing£.100k as my first commission and overtime, it grew exponentially. However as time would go on, they'd pressure me into depositing more and £.50k was dropped. tradelocker had glitches in it kicked me out the app and once i finally go back in app it says trading refused position already closed on a trade that i been stuck in for about 2 weeks now kot4x has not helped at all nor has tradelocker

For me, Trade Locker is a refreshing change from the crappy MT4 crap, though Trade Locker has a long way to go before it is ready for live trading. Until it can provide basic essentials, such as fill alerts, its functionality is not up to par for trading. And I can't switch charts on my laptop. I have to use my mobile to view other charts. I do have high expectations for the platform after it has been fully developed, though.
