Dear Support Team, I am experiencing ongoing issues with my TradeLocker account. Despite multiple attempts, my pending orders are not being triggered

I cannot close a trade in tradelocker. It is not responsive and not exiting or closing my trade. I have been trying to exits for 4 hours. There is a major issue with this system/platform.
You’re crashing while I’m scalping. This is ridiculous in the middle of the scalping while placing a trade. And now I haven’t been able to get on for an hour
