I can not login after i try to sign in into new device

Trying to enter credit card info for new toll tag. Each time I get a connection error. I’ve entered info 3 times & continue to get same error message.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NTTA Tollmate app issues:

Force Stop the NTTA Tollmate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NTTA Tollmate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NTTA Tollmate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NTTA Tollmate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NTTA Tollmate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NTTA Tollmate.
