Tried logging into KLM app on my iPhone 12 Pro. LONG pause after entering credentials, then says "technical issue." Apparently not a new problem. I'm seeing posts from late 2023.
KLM app scan passport not working on iPhone 12
Allows check in but won’t issue boarding pass(in app or online).Says collect at airport. I am gold card member and fly weekly from FRA to BHX(UK). Irish passport allows entry into Uk and Schengen area. I travel with hand luggage only and am unhappy having to queue for boarding pass at airport. Why do I have to do this each week? All details are correct in app. Passport valid until 2030.

KLM app looks like starting up for 10 seconds then crashes. Reinstalling: No luck. After update to iOS 16 problem stayed. Pretty annoying.
The app cannot open after software upgrade iOS 15.6 It just sits on the blue waiting screen for 10 seconds, then breaks out of the app. I have tried restarting phone and reinstalling the app.

cannot restore password. keeps nagging about invalid captcha. this app sucks. KLM do something. hire real developers, not incompetent ones.
Doesn't recognize login credentials, tells me to reset password, when I try all I get is "invalid Captcha. It's fucked.
When I try to open the app I only get s “blue” screen! I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The same result - only a blue screen. I rebooted my iPhone 13 Pro Max, but I still only receive the same result. Also, when the app is working I open a “flight cancellation” report, but I cannot get out of the cancellation report screen. Good Luck in fixing these bugs. William
iPhone 13 ProMax: Trying to login, then i get stuck and i get the message "Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding". The only thing i can do is to click "Done" which directs me back to the login screen and that brings me nothing. Reinstalled the new KLM app and i did a hard reset with my iPhone, and the same problem occurred. So, i still cannot login with my account.
Hi, The currency on the app is stuck on another currency (NAF) than Euros. Are there setting where this can be changed?
App is crashing on Iphone a few seconds after I open the app.
KLM app updated over weekend on my iPhone - it now won't open. You get the first screen for a couple of seconds and it then just switches off I aim to delete the app and reload - hope it works.
