The Goolink application is not connected and does not work on networks completely, id 80becd28. What is the solution?

Unable to view cameras on 4G anymore. Works fine on WiFi. Was working on 4G and now has just stopped working. Any suggesting as to how to fix?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Goolink app issues:

Force Stop the Goolink App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Goolink app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Goolink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Goolink App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Goolink app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Goolink.
