This application will be used to collect customer experience information in order to help improve the service of AIR FRANCE and KLM.
To be able to use this application you need to be registered as a Quality Observer for AIR FRANCE and KLM.
This application is developed in cooperation with AIR FRANCE and KLM, and managed by TNS, registered in Amsterdam.

This application will be used to collect customer experience information in order to help improve the service of AIR FRANCE and KLM. This application works by invite only. To be able to use this application you need to be registered as a Quality Observer for AIR FRANCE and KLM. You need to log on with the username and password you received by text message on your mobile phone.

Cannot connect
poor reflection on Quality Control. Software freezes and cannot go beyond opening page!!! poor reflection on Air France also

Asked to be a quality observer on an upcoming flight - app crashes any time the user name field is accessed. Not my first time uing this app during flights, and there is often a glitch or problem.

I can't even log in
It constantly says "failed to connect", as soon as I open the app. There is not even a way to bypass that message. If I close it, it pops up again immediately.
