Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions are charged monthly, every three months, or annually to your iTunes account. Your subscription will auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. Prices vary based on a subscription plan. Your account will be charged for renewal at the selected subscription plan price within 24 hours of your renewal date, prior to the end of your current subscription period. To turn off auto-renewal, visit Settings > iTunes Store & App Store > Apple ID after purchase.
