Avoid avoid bad news

The app sends you to Cheapflightsfreaks. I had the worst experience with this company and don’t recommend anyone to use this company unless you are 110% sure you are traveling. This 110% also includes if the world 🌎 is going to end because they will not refund your money and if they do they will keep a large amount of it. I bought a round trip flight ✈️ while the pandemic 😷 was low. Once the cases started going up all around the world the airlines made changes to the schedule flights and according to the airlines rules the changes were considered major changes and gives me the option to cancel with a full refund. so I decided to cancel the flight and obtain a full refund because of the major changes and since I was traveling with my family and the Covid were going up worldwide. I contacted this company since I bought the tickets with them and explained the situation. After a long time on the phone and many calls I finally got a partial refund. They kept over $700 dollars for no reason even though the airlines issue a full refund since they made the changes. They make you agree to their terms if you want the partial refund. Worst customer service and company I dealt with. Is better to go with the airlines. Stay away 👎

Don’t do it

You will be tempted at the low price but it’s never the price the website says. You will always get an email saying they couldn’t reserve your flight and to contact them. They will then try and up charge you. I requested a refund and finally got it back a full month later but it was $40 less then what I paid. It’s the worst and customer service gives you the run around. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy from a airline even if it cost a little more. This place will ruin your trip and bring lots of unnecessary stress to what’s supposed to be a nice vacation. I’m a cheapo and tried to get my tickets cheap and ignored all the comments and read the fake ones people wrote rating them high. DONT DO IT

DO NOT NOT BUY FROM THEM! It’s just a joke . Yes the tickets my might be really cheap but it’s not worth your time and money . I have haded so much trouble with them it’s not even funny . I booked a flight back in November for January and I tried to get it changed so I called customer service and they gave my the whole rap around , that I can cancel my ticket but I would have to pay the cancellation free but I could have any same flight through out the year needless to say I got my ticket change but I checked into my flight to come home I couldn’t get my second bag on luggage on the plain because they mess up my luggage and I had to pay 30 dollars to get my suitcase on the plain. I’m really not impressed .
