If I could give this app negative stars I would. If you see other reviews complaining about the customer service they’re right. They never reply or answer the phone. Every time I’ve gotten in contact through email they say one thing but never resolve the problem. I called twice and got someone both times but when I explained my problem they acted dumb and hung up.
They give you credits toward your flights to make them “cheaper” but when they book your flights they don’t actually apply the credit and you end up paying full price anyway. Good luck getting customer service to refund your money for what was already suppose to be taken off with a credit.
The app is a good idea but unless you have zero questions or problems the app and company are trash. Spend a little more money and use google flights or some other well known company that will help you.

I am horrified at the lack of professionalism and response that I have reviewed after weeks and weeks of emails and calls. I always wait on hold for 10 minutes and then am directed to voicemail. I’m this pandemic will not allow for the travel I have booked with them and there is no way to get ahold of them and correct it. I called the airlines and they got back to me within 30 minutes of my call. Yet they can do nothing for me it must be through this app.
I’d you would like any response or customer service at all use a different app/company.

The concept and idea of this app is definitely a good one. However the execution is horrible in the fact that you can’t even use it. You can’t change the travelers from the app, and anytime you try to search for an airport it just gives you a blank screen until you hit back it then starts to load. But at that point it’s too late because you’re already going back to the home screen.
Unfortunately there are way too many bugs in the coding for this to be deemed a good app.
