Used this app to buy a flight for my father for the following day costing $240. They canceled his ticket purchase without advising us. We made it to the airport and he was still able to check-in through security since we did have an email with a confirmation number. Once he arrived at his flight’s gate they informed him that his reservation was not paid for and he was forced to pay upfront for a last minute flight that was $850. After calling the company that this app used as a middle man, travomint. They informed us that they didn’t charge us and we should have received an email notification, which we never did. Customer service personnel were very rude and did not care one bit for helping us. Do not use this app unless you want travel plans ruined and being forced to pay a fortune for last minute flights.

Everything is so delicate I’m trying to scroll down find my birth month and by mistake the whole page disappears. This did not happen only once it happened more times for that actually option I was choosing. And then it happened while I was looking for different flights the whole screen just dropped now I can’t find where I was at. Now I have to press search al over again. I can tell the people who created this app hasn’t tried to use it once atleast.

Booked a flight, confirmation page popped up quickly and then disappeared. I never received confirmation email, and there was no way to go back and see what I had just booked. Had to call both airlines and wait on hold for over an hour just to retrieve booking numbers. Also, this app asks you to select a prefix (Mr./Mrs.) which got entered onto my ticket as part of my first name. This is a hassle to change for my international flights. THIS APP ISN'T WORTH THE STRESS OR HASSLE!
