Every time I try to pay, the site kicks me back, and won't allow it.
The RealReal appears to have sold my watch today, March 15th. The watch was stolen from my home in South Carolina and a police report was filed. I have the original paperwork and the serial number. I reached out to your firm at approximately 7:30 PM to notify them of this matter. I reached Samuel in customer service, who noted the issue and referred me to consignments. I am waiting on consignments to contact me. This email, along with my other contacts, shall serve as an initial notice until I can have the South Carolina Attorney General reach out to you tomorrow, Wednesday the 16th of March.
