My connectebt app has not worked for 3 days now for new jersey
Will not let me sign in, every time I sign in it gives an error, the error reads, There is an error with decrypting the data!

Keep getting "Server Error". Starting to think this is a SCAM APP just getting peoples log-in info and personal info. If it was a legit app, one would figure they would have found and fixed the problem already. Just my thought. I have reported it to the state and have changed all my log-in info on the website.

I get a server error message every single time that I try to log into the app. This has been going on for about 5 months now.
Unable to log into the app for months. It just keeps "thinking " after information is put in and will not open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still problem persists.
ConnectEBT APP: for MONTHS “SERVER ERROR”…,other apps fine, internet fine…deleted, downloaded again, turned phone off and on… left days in between to login…,what is wrong?
For months now my ebtapp won’t let me in because it keeps saying “server error” And for the record I did try re-downloading it several times, I know it’s not my internet because we have high speed internet, and the app worked so well when I FIRST downloaded it, so it has to have some kind of glitch going on.

Cannot log in or change my password. I get a message that my security question is wrong. I have no way to change password because I can't get pass the "security queiston" which is correct.
