I am trying to login and I don’t know how to type the City I was born in! Please Help Thank You NPG

Error decrypting data. For the past 2 days now.

I keep getting “there is an error when decrypting the data”.

Keep getting "there is an error decrypting the data" message when trying to log in

Keep getting "Server Error". Starting to think this is a SCAM APP just getting peoples log-in info and personal info. If it was a legit app, one would figure they would have found and fixed the problem already. Just my thought. I have reported it to the state and have changed all my log-in info on the website.

Connect ebt gives me a server error when I try to create an account.

Will not let me log in. Continues to say my log in info is incorrect.

Won't let me log in. Says my security question answer is incorrect. It isn't. Says either my user or password is incorrect. No way to fix, due to Security question issue. ¿???? First time I have tried to use App.

I try to login to my account and it says to many login attempts. It won't let me log in

When I go to check my balance it's telling me there's an error and I need to fix it I don't know how to do that but I'm unable to see my balance if it has been updated or not I just see the old one and it's telling me there's an error connection thank you

I get a server error message every single time that I try to log into the app. This has been going on for about 5 months now.

Unable to log into the app for months. It just keeps "thinking " after information is put in and will not open. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still problem persists.

ConnectEBT APP: for MONTHS “SERVER ERROR”…,other apps fine, internet fine…deleted, downloaded again, turned phone off and on… left days in between to login…,what is wrong?

For months now my ebtapp won’t let me in because it keeps saying “server error” And for the record I did try re-downloading it several times, I know it’s not my internet because we have high speed internet, and the app worked so well when I FIRST downloaded it, so it has to have some kind of glitch going on.

Have not been able to log in for quite a while because every time I do it says "server error".

Server Error when trying to log in. Better off with the Providers App. Much cleaner and easy access.

Can not log in to app nor change password and stats card number doesn’t match any state information Uninstalled and reloaded and still states the same thing

Cannot log in or change my password. I get a message that my security question is wrong. I have no way to change password because I can't get pass the "security queiston" which is correct.
