When I go to playstore to reload petco app nothing comes up but Chewy. Where is Petco US app?
The app use to work great, then it stopped working. I received a message I needed to update the app because the existing app was no longer supported on my phone but when I went to the play store to update the only petco app was the petco mexico. I went to my phone provider to see if they could help me but they stated there was nothing wrong with the phone it was the petco app
I use to have the Petco app on my phone but for some reason it was unresponsive so I deleted the app. When I went to reinstall it, it said my phone is not compatible. Im not sure why I am having this problem now.
Ever since the update I cant use the app I uninstalled it and now says my device is not compatible. What's going on I'm very frustrated

I've been trying to log into my account for months now the whole system crashes saying error unknown when will this be fixed I cannot access my reward points to load them to my account. On multiple occasions I've had to go to your competitors to order online.
