Force Stop the Zappos App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Zappos app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Zappos to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Zappos App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Zappos app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Zappos.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Zappos » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
