The passport page is not loading, message display reads that the information cannot be extracted. Help!.

my qatar id and date of birth did'nt match problem it coming DATA NOT FOUND. What happend this

I have a Hayya digital card which is pending completion after I uploaded a third party accommodation PDF. In Android app though it doesn't physically allow me to enter data in name address etc as no pop up keyboard. Solution promptly please.

The Hayya portal requested that I upload accomodation information. Then reset me to upload all information over again. I did and the portal crashed and now my application stands at pending. There are fans on other pages awaiting information that have airline and hotel confirmations. Although I get responses from the team. I leave in a few days and don't know if I should wait or cancel before the allotted time frame.

I had logged in to all Apps successfully, but my phone crashed, after replacing everything works ok but the FIFA app says i am logged into another devise. which i can only guess that it is the damaged phone. how can i force the App to log me out?

Hayya app keeps crushing in profiling window on my iPhone

In Hayya app When opening hayya card section it leads me to answering some questions but keep staying on “profiling” page with no active button

OTP keeps saying invalid despite checking numerous times

My application rejected because of photo quality.But I cant resubmit with new photo.

Vistafoto rejected twice Tilts on Hayya app and internet portal Called Hayya and they asked me to send photo which they accepted But they say if I send it via app or portal they cannot guarantee it will be accepted. I have flight, accommodation and tickets but no Hayya Afraid to be cast out for too many rejections E mailed on app and computer, no reply.

OTP not valid - done several times and each time tells me OTP is not valid

I’m an official volunteer I’ve been applying for Hayya for like a month and still get the same error message data error application declined due to data consistency I’ve contacted with Hayya team hotline so many times and didn’t help until now my flight is 12 days ahead what should I do

Hi, I could not register in Hayya. I want to host my friend during FIFA who is a match ticket holder. I am receiving the OTP from my email but when entered it says invalid email OTP. Moreover, my friend who has a hayya card log in could not enter his profile receiving a note that log in details and captcha entered was incorrect where in fact they are all correct.

Application not seeing info from passport upload

initial photo rejected and i was asked to upload another photo,, for the last three plus weeks I have been getting broken link called them everyday and a case was openend three or four times ?? no solution et after nearly a month

Hi my Hayya card was not issued simply because my hair colour has changed from the colour or it was in my passport - what can I do? Thanks in advance!

i accidently downloaded the app and input my info on my friends phone now when i open it it just shows my info not theirs i was looking for a way to log out of the app and log back in under their detials not mine but could not find it i even deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still show my info every time not theirs what can i do

App crashes after the Profiling page when you log in

Hayya app freezes at the Profiling page, not able to complete the login procedure.

My host receives message saying I need to register my property to have guest. I already registered him but doesn’t get approval and same message all the times he has tried. I think problem how the page is reading his name ( Latin America format is different from Arabic use of names and last names )

I can´t log in. Sent a complaint but was told Fifa is in charge =(

I got the Hayya Card apporove but cannot download it on my Android. A message states "None of the aps on your phone can open this type of file". However I can open it on my other phone ( iPhone.)

I have registered for Hayya card (after many attempts with passport and photo details) but my wife is trying to do it and we keep putting in the OTP but nothing happens. She is not allowed to register on my email address and has to use her own. What to do?

Ive tryed to upload or take a picture of my passport and it just will except them ive try loads of pictures no nothing any ideas

I have tried to submit the same digital photo that I successfully used for my passport renewal two weeks ago, but receive the message, "Unable to process the selected image. Please upload another image". If it is good enough for a U.K. passport, why is it not good enough for a Hayya? The photo satisfies all of the requirements on the "Instructions" page for "Upload Personal Photo".

Photo will not load, been trying for 3 hrs with different photos, same message- “loading please wait” even though I have used a photo I used for my passport application, doesn’t bode well for the rest of the tournament.

I was told photo not good enough so rejected application was told to resubmit pressed by mistake and only got one more chance to apply for card git tickets and accomdation in Dubai and using shuttle flight so hope I not rejected card because of photo What should I do email them .

I and my friends tried to upload photos but same messages are coming that unnatural colour in photo. I uploaded photos for many times in different government sites, never faced this type of problems. I contacted them and complained but nothing happened. My question is if this the situation from beginning then what will happen later on on accommodation, transportation, food and other matters. They said they will construct tents in desert for accommodation for world cup ticket holders and this is ridiculous, people are paying thousands of dollars in tickets and air fares and they are supposed to stay in tents in desert and desert has full of dangerous scorpions. so thinks about it.FIFA granted it to Qatar, because FIFA members received other considerations for granting it to Qatar, what are the considerations, anybody can guess easily.

After submitting successfully, I get directly a decline and it is stated "SCW001: Mandatory data missing passportCopy" But the passport copy has been successfully uploaded and the information could be extracted.

My application is still pending over 10 days, first time it got rejected because of the profile photo was not clear, i updated the photo but the answer has not come yet its been 12 Days.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I have tried to upload several photos taken at different places and at different times and all of them get the same message re 'overlighting'.

I am having a problem uploading my photo to apply for my Hayya Card. However many different photos i try to take and upload, the site constantly keeps saying that there is a problem with the overlighting. I have also tried using Visafoto.com and it is still having the same problem. Also I am having problems looking at the site for accommodation - it is telling me that there is only the Cruise boat or some prefabricated box room. I find it hard to believe all hotels, even high level hotels have gone.
