Has anyone even tested Aeroflot before submitting it to the store? Looks like not at all. The calendar/date selector is not usable at all!!!!!!!! - the way it behaves is a spit in the face of the users, seriously. Months labeled incorrectly - dates for April are selected in March calendar section, to select let’s say April 7 you need to tap on a March 9, March 8 will be highlighted and when you close calendar - voila- the date selected is April 7. Pretty much straight forward, huh. Get to one way trip selection right away - no way. Select dates for a round trip (remember how calendar works!) search for the flights, and finally in the results - change the trip mode. And select date again (remember how to use a calendar). Why even Aeroflot is in a Travel section? It must be in games and puzzles. Pretty much mind bending, unless you are drunk enough to match the state of mind of the developers of Aeroflot so you can understand the logic (or absence of it) - remember, how the calendar works?

The service we experienced on our flight from JFK to Moscow was great. My wife and I used Aeroflot to book our tickets and choose our seats. We called customer service with questions about the flight and our luggage. The rep took the time to answer our questions and help us with the bonus program. The flight was efficient and comfortable. We watched several new movies and enjoyed the food that was served.

Application unable to save known device correctly - every time you switch between iphone / ipad / mac you have to pass whole “new device registration” routine, including receiving sms to your home phone number (very not easy task during travels, as you usually have local sim installed). because of that, sometimes i have to reinstall home sim to my iPhone 5-10 times per month...

I have alot of frequent flier friends and everyone suffers from this, it is known, and very annoying problem to everyone... but most surprisingly - customer support do not consider that as problem and refuses fix it! Please somebody show to this app programmers normal multidevice support..

I’ve paid for my ticket with Aeroflot using Apple Pay after the website wouldn’t accept my regular visa (it’s an issue with whoever they use to run the payments). I’ve transferred miles to a family member within seconds. The only issue I can’t fix using Aeroflot is upgrading with miles or getting on the standby list but that not an app glitch.

Luv the ease of use of Aeroflot . Get notification of updates, easily search for flights and check-in. I directly respirated an update to business class from Aeroflot , without contacting customer service. Changing seats during check in was easy. The points get posted immediately after a flight.

I truly enjoy using you app, however with the recent update I have experienced several issues. 1. Every time you try to select the date, it simply doesn’t work, it either moves the departure or arrival on a wrong date. 2. A few cities are missing to select where you’re traveling to.

Please look into that.

They do ask a lot of questions, but in the end tickets are processed and purchased. Wish there was better connectivity with Skymiles so miles purchase can be made across the alliance.

The this app app has improved substantially over the last few months. It has become much more stable, repeat logins are no longer required on the same device, and you can perform all of your action in Aeroflot much easier than on the web.

Always have troubles logging in when staying in other country, cause notification messages are only sent to primary phone number, registered in Russia. Have to put Russian sim-card, pay for international roaming and then log in.
It’s not a banking account, the logging in process doesn’t have to be so serious and could be done sending message to the personal e-mail.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s glitchy, a half of the features do not work, user interface is horrible- it’s like they never heard of UX design. They don’t even give you an e-boarding pass at “check in”, you have to print it at home or at the counter at the airport (where they are rude to you or leave their job before the plane even starts boarding)- it’s 2019, who does that anymore??? I’m not into reviewing apps but this one was so bad I thought I’d do other this app customers a favor and let them know.

The application has bug when i tried to provide national for international ticket, the application throws an exception saying you cant change nationality even though they have no nationality information in their system, calling customer service is just waste of time as they kept saying they cant do anything even though it’s clearly a bug in their system, worse airlines ever and they won this title even before the flight

this app created a very convenient app which allows to control the trip, make changes or see the updates. Easy to understand, read and use interface.

It simply doesn’t work for most functions. Russia is listed between the A and B countries, just the perfect example of how terrible the development team is at their job. Error messages for missing information in a field that isn’t even displayed (gender) and best is Aeroflot feedback form doesn’t work either. Maybe that’s on purpose. Perhaps Aeroflot is really just a psychological experiment. Because it cannot possibly be to help people fly this app.

Flying this app, which i have many times has always been a great experience.
The flight attendants are outstanding, pilots are skilled and the aircraft are comfortable and safe.
Aeroflot is convenient, easy to use, and an efficient way to book flights.

I bought two tickets using my USD credit card like two weeks ago, now because of the war russian ruble is very weak and my flights were cancelled so I asked for a refund, they told me that refund will be in Rubles and conversion rate will be used as of the day of refund, now ruble is weaker even more and this app doesn’t process refund automatically!!!!! They wait till ruble collapse so I get back almost twice less I paid for tickets! TOTAL ROBBERY!!!

I have been traveling a lot over the last 3 years and I always use this app whenever they have an available route for my destination. Most importantly, I trust this app for safety but a huge bonus is great service.

It works well for finding up flights , quick and convenient check in procedure and for transferring miles to another person.

Aeroflot is pretty easy to use and has all the options I need to track my reservations, check in and getting boarding passes

I always fly to Russia and back only with this app! They have the best service, food is fantastic, airplane is clean and modern, always on time, never had issues with my luggage! Highly recommend!

Aeroflot is good, but sometimes its slow, and i travel alot always asking to log in wich is really frustrating, not like delta app its always loged in, they need to update app frequently, but i would recommend it

I feel confident in a company that can offer a user friendly app. Check in had a few glitches but fixed that at the airport. Overall a decent app.

this app’s app is among the easiest for booking travel. It has simple, clear steps for completing reservations. And you can scan passenger and other required info.

Check-in within app has finally been implemented.

Unable to see the trip details, unable to edit passenger info, unable to check in. Totally useless! And when checked in using a computer, didn’t get the boarding pass on my smartphone. We end up checking in at the airport and get our boarding pass.

Absolutely love this airline. I have traveled to Russia numerous times. I’ve utilized Aeroflot every single time without and problems. Keep up the good work this app. I’m a customer for life!!!:)

I had a terrible flight with this app today and instead of calling the call-center of this app would be much better complaining via Aeroflot . I have no idea why this app is not following the practice of Booking and other apps as this would reduce their costs and would provide convenience to customers!!!
