Has anyone even tested the app before submitting it to the store? Looks like not at all. The calendar/date selector is not usable at all!!!!!!!! - the way it behaves is a spit in the face of the users, seriously. Months labeled incorrectly - dates for April are selected in March calendar section, to select let’s say April 7 you need to tap on a March 9, March 8 will be highlighted and when you close calendar - voila- the date selected is April 7. Pretty much straight forward, huh. Get to one way trip selection right away - no way. Select dates for a round trip (remember how calendar works!) search for the flights, and finally in the results - change the trip mode. And select date again (remember how to use a calendar). Why even this app is in a Travel section? It must be in games and puzzles. Pretty much mind bending, unless you are drunk enough to match the state of mind of the developers of this app so you can understand the logic (or absence of it) - remember, how the calendar works?

Application unable to save known device correctly - every time you switch between iphone / ipad / mac you have to pass whole “new device registration” routine, including receiving sms to your home phone number (very not easy task during travels, as you usually have local sim installed). because of that, sometimes i have to reinstall home sim to my iPhone 5-10 times per month... I have alot of frequent flier friends and everyone suffers from this, it is known, and very annoying problem to everyone... but most surprisingly - customer support do not consider that as problem and refuses fix it! Please somebody show to Aeroflot programmers normal multidevice support..

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s glitchy, a half of the features do not work, user interface is horrible- it’s like they never heard of UX design. They don’t even give you an e-boarding pass at “check in”, you have to print it at home or at the counter at the airport (where they are rude to you or leave their job before the plane even starts boarding)- it’s 2019, who does that anymore??? I’m not into reviewing apps but this one was so bad I thought I’d do other Aeroflot customers a favor and let them know.
