Every time I use the codeword puzzle my laptop hangs and I have to leave the page. This is no problem with my laptop. Every other part of the Mail+ app works. Can you help

Daily Mail puzzles will not load on my fire tablet despite trying more than ten times.
Downloading the newspaper but has not downloaded the puzzles to my Kindle Fire for three days BUT does download them to my wife's i-pad which seems strange
Unique numbers seems to be a problem with your site today. Put correct numbers in but your site says a problem. I am sure I am not the only person having difficulties. Please sort it ASP. Then can use the word wheel.

I am a subscriber to The Daily Mail+. recently my laptop shows a two inch black border at the bottom of the screen. This has taken away the pleasure of reading the paper. It is obviously a website problem. It is fine on my Desktop; iPad & phone.
On iPad; Puzzles not loading- especially mini sudoku where no puzzle shows but the timer runs Error colour (red) not clearing after mistake has been rectified On correct completion of a sudoku the acknowledgment of completion does not show until you delete a (correct) number and reinsert it.
For the last 2 days ( Sunday and Monday) I have not been able to access my paper, it keeps telling me ( it is still downloading) , So I am paying for a newspaper that I cannot access ! I have not had a problem before, and have done everything thing suggested on line, like, turn off and on 1) wireless router 2) tablet, cleared cashe, closed down app and reloaded next morning,run a maintenance programme on the tablet, etc etc. No other site I use is having an issue
