Daily Mail Status

Same two day old news being uploaded on android, no updates. App has been deleted and installed but same issue.

I'm subscribed to Mail+ but keep having to delete and reinstall the app. The articles are not showing as available to view all the time

App is not updating events. I'm seeing the same news everyday, nothing new. Should I delete the app and resinstall?

When I read the first page all is ok. If I read a second page article and press.... back.... it keeps going back to the first page. Is this my i pad? I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled it but the same happens. It is a bit frustrating when reading pages 5,6,7 etc and ...Back...only reverts to page 1. It is my morning ritual to read and I do purchase the Saturday Mail , so I just wonder if there is anything I can do to resolve the issue.

Mailonline does not work on Pixel 7 devices. I suspect ... 1) You know that already ! 2) It's because Pixel 7's will ONLY run 64 bit APP versions. 😁

When I open new style comments (‘conversation’) on my IPad it freezes and I have to restart my Ipad. Very annoying. How do I cure this?

The nectar points link has not worked for the last few days. It displays a message saying there is a problem which is being attached to. The puzzles icon at the foot of the front page does not work. I cannot access the crosswords. A similar message to the above is all that appears. Your telephone lines are suffering an outage, whatever that means. Can the problems be solved by me or must I wait for you?

Mail Online app freezes on my new Pixel 7. I've had to uninstall it. Times and Guardian apps work just fine! Mail Online worked perfectly on all my previous old phones.

Mail app crashes on my Samsung galaxy, typically when I have zoomed in. I have updated the App to the latest version.

Mail on Line app keeps disappearing from my Google Pixel 7 phone. Happening all day. It's a bloody pain. Uninstalling the app then installing it does nothing. Same problem!

I have a Pixel 6 and the Mail app keeps closing, it's unreadable. I've re-installed it endless times but nothing helps.

If I read an article it keeps opening and does not allow other stories to open. How do I fix this. I’ve deleted app several times but the problem is getting worse.

Changed phone to Pixel 7 and now have constant crashes. A lot of Pixel phones don't seem compatible with Daily Mail app. Has anyone got a proper solution Have done everything suggested on this and other Forums but nothing works

New phone pixel 7 2 days in installed mail online using it for 4 year never had a problem untill now crashes freezes everytime i use poor app.

App freezes on page and will not allow to forward to next page.

Keeps crashing, also if I type comments they rarely appear and the pop up keyboard seems unresponsive and crashes virtually every time ,I use an android tablet

The app will not stay open and will shut down immediately after I open it. Constantly. I have a Pixel Pro 6

Stuck on one page on ipad. Tried deleting app and reinstalling but still won’t move on to subsequent pages

After viewing a number of pages my iPad gets stuck on one page. I can still go back to see categories and summaries but when trying to open a new page it goes back to page it is stuck on

The app keeps freezing. I reboot and it’s still the same. I deleted the app and downloaded again. Still the same.

Every time I use the sports column it crashes

1) iPhone 13 running iOS 15.7 2) phone freshly powered off and on 3) start MailOnline app 4) scroll thru story 5) when getting to a point in the story (always the same story, same position in scrolling..... every time), the app appears to close/crash 6) restart app, same thing happens 7) Re-power iphone, same thing happens (crash/close of app) scrolling at the same location in the same story EVERY time 8) story is about Hurricane Ian with Gov. Rubio making comments. 9) This has been occurring 10/02/2022 at about 8-10pm VERY frustrating...please help. B
