when I login I get the help page and nothing more.
Cannot log in nor do I have any control or access to functions on the GMX site.

My gmx account won't sync to receive emails. I have rebooted phone & my wi fi is connected.

Whenever I log in all seems well till I use it . Up comes Not Responding and it sticks, can't even log out. Frozen.
My gmx page keeps freezing with Not Responing , I can't do anything , not even log out.
App opens but does not connect to server. After submitting my credentials, I get a login screen from GMX.NET.
My GMX email app on my apple iOS 11plus will not open. I thought it was a storage issue with the cloud, so I deleted it off of my phone and I am trying to open from the App Store. It will try to open and then it just crashes!! I live on my phone for everything! I really need to know how to fix this immediately! Thank you! Jill
GMX app won’t open on my iPhone.
I can no longer use the GMX app. The app seems to be loading for about half a minute and then closes.
