Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bitrix24 app issues:

Force Stop the Bitrix24 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bitrix24 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bitrix24 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bitrix24 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bitrix24 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bitrix24.
