Perifit worked fine, did an update. Crashed and unable to use again. Customer service is quiet slow at responding

Updated the app and it won’t open

Just got my device today. Downloaded the app. However, even though the led light is flashing it will not open. Have spent over an hour deleting the app and going through the process again, Bluetooth on but it just will not pair with my phone.

It worked very well, did an update and never worked again. Got a knew one, it worked super. Did an update.. crashed never started again. Training was very well. I is a good device but they should stop do that ... updates. No pray i get a new one in time.

Got my perifit the other day. Connected to the app no worries, saw there was an update, but it crashed half way through the update and now it's unresponsive. Resetting the app does nothing. Leaving the perifit for 24 hours did nothing. I get no lights and no connection.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Perifit app issues:

Force Stop the Perifit App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Perifit app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Perifit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Perifit App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Perifit app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Perifit.

Fix Perifit unable to contact server/ Perifit internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Perifit » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Perifit » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
