Perifit worked fine, did an update. Crashed and unable to use again. Customer service is quiet slow at responding

Updated the app and it won’t open

Just got my device today. Downloaded the app. However, even though the led light is flashing it will not open. Have spent over an hour deleting the app and going through the process again, Bluetooth on but it just will not pair with my phone.

It worked very well, did an update and never worked again. Got a knew one, it worked super. Did an update.. crashed never started again. Training was very well. I is a good device but they should stop do that ... updates. No pray i get a new one in time.

Got my perifit the other day. Connected to the app no worries, saw there was an update, but it crashed half way through the update and now it's unresponsive. Resetting the app does nothing. Leaving the perifit for 24 hours did nothing. I get no lights and no connection.
