Photo app was recently updated, I guess and "new and IMPROVED" app only shows small % of photos I've downloaded. Won't use pics on my device. I think Google did something because if I use their photos everything shows! QUIT MESSING UP STUFF WITH UPDATES WHEN NOT NEEDED! You've now lost a customer for good and you were so easy to use. What a shame!!! Guess you'll really be run out of business now without us loyal customers! Blame your stupid software NERDS!

Walgreens app crashes and just kicks me out while its trying to open

Walgreens app is loaded to phone. It opens and then crashes.

Sign into app and the box turns dark… doesn’t spin to open. Had uninstalled app and a put back on still an issue.

The App never finishes uploading my photo order

App not working when I’m trying to use a 20% off I keep getting an error message saying temporary unavailable check back later it’s been saying this for hours

I can’t shop on Walgreens app, and while I have used the same store for years, it keeps making me enter city, state and or zip which just causes endless buffering. I can’t look up prescriptions nor anything else.

I was forced to update my Walgreens App today before I could check if my mom’s two prescriptions had been filled. After hours of them not being on the list of prescriptions I called. They were ready but the update turned off ALL my notifications (so I was never notified) AND it failed to put the prescriptions under “complete” it only listed them in “History”. 😡

The app won’t let me crop my phone photos. Never had a problem before. The photo deal for 15 cents per print 75 + is over tonight.

Since entering pickup order 02/22/2024, first time using the pickup function, the Walgreens app on my iPad freezes when skipping from home page and back. Have emptied cache, removed and reinstalled with no success. Had to call for assistance just to change to favorite store location. She had to do this manually for me. Basically after many attempts your app is no longer any use for us. Both of us are handicapped 80 year olds. PLEASE HELP.

I'm trying to book two appts for walgreens on harlem rd 14224 for may 7th for the 2nd shingles shot. Calendar not working won't book the date. 716 495-6819

Can’t access login- security or profile or forgot password. All options are grayed out and I can’t proceed.

Walgreens app hangs consistently. Doesn't matter if I'm using wifi or cell data. Those 3 balls keep bouncing atop the "Loading" message. Latest fail (of many) was today while trying to check prescription status. Oh well, at least the 90s-era voice phone interface still works. But still, Walgreens: this isn't a good look for you.

Can't submit order for Rx refills. Fill everything out and then submit. Red banner across top of screen tells me there is a problem. To resubmit or call. Resubmitt doesn't work. Deleted the app and reinstalled and that doesn't work either. Frustrating....

I log into my account on walgreens.com using my home laptop. I order my prescription refills. When I check on the status I get "ORDER RECEIVED" and it shows my refills I ordered. Next morning, I checked and still says same thing. I called my local pharmacy and am told they do not have refill request for me so the person says she will get the refills taken care of. I also do not receive email for refills notice or prescription ready and I have it checked in my settings. I have been with Walgreens for many years, but this is getting frustrating, used to work great. Maybe it's time I switch to different pharmacy. Why have an ap or online if does not work????? I really hope when I go to pick up my prescriptions later today, they will be ready as the person I talked by telephone said she would take care of the refills.

I can’t make a purchase

Prescriptions status (received, in progress, ready for pick up etc) not showing up at all or is not updating correctly. Has been happening more and more lately. Very frustrating. Tried sending the app developer a message as well.

Doesnt add coupons

My Walgreens app is not working properly. Missing information, Wrong information. I'm not receiving prescription ready in the app or progress. No " READY FOR PICKUP " notifications.

App is not updating hasn't for about 1 weekit still says needs prescriber approvell but I found out my scripts were filled by calling the Dr and Walgreens

Our Walgreens app is not updating my prescriptions to show their status. In addition, even the link I receive whenever orders are ready is not updating.

Trying to get photo cards for my son’s graduation, and when I put in the mailing address to have them mailed to me, it says an error occurred. Spent quite a bit of time setting these cards up. Can I please order them?.

Recently your iPhone APP has not been working properly. It gets confused with my name Frank or Franklin. Meds are no longer listed for pickup when ready. Meds called in by doctors not addressed - no info supplied thru app that meds are ready, or even received. It is obvious that there is a horrific handicap with this app as of lately and I am loosing patience with Walgreens unable to get the problem fixed. I have complained to my local store and their response is that "they will let Corporate know of the issue". I the meantime it has been difficult to place my trust in your Pharmacy. I am close to taking all my pharmacy needs elsewhere. If the app is not repaired within a short amount of time I will have no choice but to move.

The app for Walgreen prescriptions is not updating correctly. Yesterday I put in some prescriptions due and they cancelled all due to computer glitch. This morning it when I tried again it says call the pharmacy. Which I did and they are refilling . But I’m not the only person having issues with app from what store employee says.

I cannot login making it impossible to order prescription refills. This has been an ongoing problem since November. I’ll transfer my prescriptions if Walgreens is unable to resolve this issue.

I have the app installed on two different android devices can I use one account for both phones? I currently have one account per phone. Teck staff seems unable fix one account that needs verification every new day. Both phones are the same type of device this thought crossed my mind tonight.

I have been trying to add Spearmint leaves to my cart and cannot. It’s for pickup at my local Walgreens. It says they are in stock. Please help.

When using app for refill, my preferred store was not listed on app for prescription transfer. I was able to accomplish task using website.

Photo portion of app won’t allow 5x7 prints on my iPad, but will allow on my iPhone. Both devices running latest iOS.

Long time user. Can't log in (invalid username or password). Neither password reset or texts come through.

App says I have a refill ready but just keeps spinning when I try to view my other meds to request a refill. This is day 3 with it not working

The app shows that I have a prescription ready for pick up, but it doesn't go to the usual place where I can ask for it to be mailed. I have trouble getting out and normally have my prescriptions mailed.

My app keeps freezing

App works for everything except Rx info and management. It says loading but never does. Not a current problem. Experienced this since I have the app.

Except text msg an issue with my refill and cancelled. When I launch the app a msg appears that prescriptions not available. This has happened several times in the past couple of days.
