- Push notifications for errors, operation alerts, and theft do not work for some users
- Manual controller feature is finicky and needs improvement
- Some major components of the mower may need to be replaced frequently
- Manual mowing feature has been removed, making it difficult to do touch-ups and mow areas that can't be wired
- App requires physical proximity to the mower (Bluetooth) and is not optimized for outdoor usage
- Loss of manual mowing is a major inconvenience for some users
- History section is unreliable and does not accurately track mowings
- Battery state of charge is unclear and the battery symbol always shows full, causing confusion for some users.
I have been using the app for over 5 years. I am not normally asked to sign in. Yesterday when I tried to use the app i was asked to sign in. I entered my credentials and I had the message "It looks like there is no internet connection at the moment" The problem is that there is a good internet signal. The problem appears to be that the app will not connect. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this does not help. Regards Frank
