Keeps stopping and I have to restart my phone.
Just started freezing all the time. I have restarted and still freezes.

I have played Zen color for quite some time with no problems. Now it keeps freezing all the time
It opens to a blue screen and the music plays, but the art part won't open. When it works, I love it!
I keep getting a Loading Error message on a lot of the pictures I try to open. It just started a couple weeks ago. My connection is fine.

Could not complete daily picture for Oct 10, 2023. Missing spot for remaining color in palette could not be found even with the light bulb finder.
Daily picture, October 10, color 62 will not finish the final bit and the hint does not react to take you to whatever spot is not colored in. I'm unable to find any spot that is not filled in. I can still go to other pictures, but cannot compete this daily one.

I paid for no ads Apple App Store yesterday $9.99. My iPhone is no ads but my iPad still getting banner ANNOYING and ads.

Zen Color App has daily pictures to color. There is no picture for today (09/11/2023). Why is that?
Love this app. Play everyday. Last few days I have had problems with ads. They start then screen goes black and ad won’t finish playing.
I have downloaded Zen color on one of my fire tablet, but why won't it download on the newer one? says its not compatible? Don't understand they are exactly the same except one is newer.
I have Zen Color on ipad and iPhone. But, apps are not synced. What I color on one does not show up on the other. Can I sync them?

App has problems. When trying to complete a pattern, the app design sketch deletes itself so no design can be seen, much less colored.
I can’t figure out how to turn the music off while playing. I want to listen to a book or podcasts instead.
Sound works when app starts (hear water lapping), but music doesn't play when colouring sketch, even though it is on. This is on Galaxy S8 android. It works fine on my Galaxy S9.

Music does not play while coloring. No music icon to turn on or off. Music setting is on but music only plays while opening app & selecting a color page. Once coloring page opens, music is gone.
The color palette is not showing up at the bottom of the pages.
My problem is that my pictures that I have colored on my iPhone or not showing on my iPad and I can’t get any help from Zen 😬
